Even though these words were not the exact that was said, it was these words that most of Nokia’s Danish employees heard. Jesper Andersen remembers the feeling when his body sank deeper into the seat and the moment when everything became quiet around him. What should he do without a job?
As it can be read in the article ‘from leader to entrepreneur in one weekend’, Jesper’s tragedy became his luck. Because without Danish Nokia’s shutdown there would have been no Elvium. There would also have been an intuitive recruitment system less on the market.
