What is Fast Track recruitment?
Fast Track is a streamlined application process in Elvium’s recruitment system, where candidates register with an email address and apply for the job right away—without having to upload a resume, cover letter, or other documents. This eliminates the friction that would otherwise cause candidates to give up in the middle of an application. The simpler the application process is, the more candidates will complete it—rather than dropping out because of a demanding application form.
