“Can you send me my contract?” is a question HR shouldn’t have to answer every week. With employee self-service, each employee can find their own documents, view past performance reviews, and keep track of upcoming plans and reminders—without having to go through HR. Elvium gives employees self-service access to information that concerns them personally.

The Problem

Without self-service, even simple inquiries—“Where is my contract?” “When was my last performance review?”—end up as tasks that HR has to handle manually, one at a time.

It takes time away from more important tasks, and the employee has to wait for an answer that, in principle, they could have found on their own. At the same time, there is no natural way for the employee to find a colleague’s contact information without asking around.
