Getting started
It's easy to create new templates
In Elvium, you can add your own contract templates.
The Problem
Without a comprehensive solution, contract templates are typically stored as Word documents that are copied and edited manually for each new hire—with the risk of incorrect fields, outdated terms, or sending out the wrong version.
Approval often takes place via email, without it being clear who is actually responsible for approving what, and the signature is handled separately from the actual drafting of the contract. This makes the process slow and prone to errors, especially in a document that has legal significance.
Here's how Elvium solves it
✔️ Custom contract templates – create and maintain your own templates, tailored to your business
✔️ Automatic pre-filling – fields are filled in based on the employee's master data, so you can avoid manual entry and errors
✔️ Selecting signing roles – specify exactly who is to sign what in each contract
✔️ Approval workflow – the contract is approved through a set process before it is sent for signature
✔️ Electronic signing – sign with MitID or Elvium Signoff, directly in the system
How it works in practice
1. The contract is created using one of your templates, and the fields are pre-filled using the employee's master data
2. Signing roles are selected, and the contract is sent through the configured approval workflow
3. Once the contract has been approved, it is sent for electronic signing via MitID or Elvium Signoff
4. The signed contract is available in the system, ready for storage
Who is this for?
✔️ HR managers who want to avoid manually editing the same fields in every new contract
✔️ Companies with a fixed approval hierarchy that must be reflected in the contracting process
✔️ Management that needs assurance that contracts always follow the correct template and approval process
Part of Elvium's HR system
Digital contract management is part of Elvium’s HR system, where contract data is pulled directly from the employee’s master data—so you don’t have to enter the same information multiple times.
