Green transition to boost growth after Corona
As a result of the lockdown worldwide, analysis over the entire year shows an estimated figure for CO2 levels will increase by 2.48 parts per million (ppm). This increase is 0.32 ppm less than if there had been no lockdown - equivalent to 11% of the expected increase.
The findings highlight combating climate change cannot be achieved by personal responsibility alone. Businesses must incorporate meaningful changes to their infrastructure for demanding change to happen.

At Elvium, we have entered into a partnership that contributes to strengthening the SDGs. We ensure that our customers are part of the project because every time an employee is hired through the recruitment system, we plant a tree!
Planting trees helps safeguard our climate. In the first part of the project, the trees we plant in collaboration with the Global Climate Institute, WeForest and WIF are mangrove trees planted in Myanmar. A mangrove tree binds about 4 times as much CO2 as regular trees.
In this way, businesses can help reduce the global impact of CO2 for decades to come when planning economic responses to COVID-19.
Using Elvium's recruitment system can make a difference.
