When is customer support available?
Our colleagues are available by phone from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on weekdays. If they are busy, you will be transferred to the front desk, where they will note down your issue. From there, it will be resolved within 24 hours at most.
What is the response time for tickets?
Our ticket system has a response time of up to 24 hours on weekdays. You’ll usually receive a response within a few minutes, depending on how busy we are. If you can’t wait, we have a support center with articles.
Does customer support speak Danish?
Our colleagues speak both Danish and English, so you can rest assured that you'll be speaking with a Danish-speaking expert.
Do you also provide support for candidates?
Yes. As a unique feature, we also handle support for candidates, so our clients (the companies) don't have to spend time on this.
