Six great questions you should ask the candidate at your next job interview

Interviewing potential employees is a true art. Look for: Strategic thinking, prioritization, drive.

 3. Under what conditions do you perform at your best and what can you not accept?

Look for: Expectations, work culture, working methods.

 4. Describe a chance you took that failed and one that succeeded. What was the difference?

Look for: Risk-taking, tolerance, self-awareness, honesty, conceptual understanding.

 5. Tell us about a task or result you are particularly proud of.

Look for: Energy, motivation, preferred working methods (team player vs. individualist).

 6. Where do you see yourself in 10 years and how does this position help you get there?

Look for: Initiative, long-term plans, self-awareness, personal motivation, professional development expectations.
